Delivery Charges

Mainland UK

Delivery is free of charge for orders over £75 exc. VAT to UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales). A standard shipping and handling charge of £5.95 exc. VAT applies to orders under £75 exc. VAT.

We use UPS as our Courier Service.

All items that are in stock and ordered before 12pm. Delivery is approximately 3 working days,( Monday to Friday), from date of order.

If the item ordered is not in stock then delivery time will depend on the product being sourced by our customer care team.

Please state any special delivery requirements at the time of ordering.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you are not in to receive delivery then a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange delivery at a more convenient time.

It is important that you always check the number of parcels received upon delivery before signing for it. If the parcel appears damaged then you must, sign the consignment as damaged and contact our customer care team on 0121 580 8894, within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
