Wellbeing Medical Service is committed to providing our customers with high quality products and services. However, on rare occasions, products we supply may be found to be faulty or defective. In keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities for stock items. Special provisions apply to high value items and products we supply on an ad hoc basis, these cannot be returned without the express agreement of Wellbeing Medical Supplies.

Subject to verification by Wellbeing Medical Supplies of any fault, we will accept the return of faulty products for full refund or replacement, if the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase.

Wellbeing Medical Supplies will only accept unwanted products for refund within 14 days of delivery, providing the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition.
